Disposals are conducted by experienced, appropriately qualified professionals, operating with low overheads and first-class computer systems, carefully managing all aspects of the auction process including:

• Initial auction discussions with each Vendor to identify and discuss price expectations, agreeing reserves, & recording Vendor bank details
• Marketing listings that are accurately described, supported by clear digital images (15 for vehicles, 20 for construction equipment)
• Monitoring and reporting auction bidding status to Vendors
• Copying Vendors into post auction contact with the successful Bidder
• Copying Vendors our invoice submitted to each successful Bidder
• Advising Vendors of receipt of cleared funds, so assets can be released
• Vehicles & road registered machines - submitting MR13a's to NZTA
• Immediate payments to Vendors once cleared funds are received.
